What to Bring to Your Bike Fit

  • Your Bike.  Please ensure it is in a clean state.  We will be touching it regularly to make adjustments.

  • Any Wheel Quick Release, Skewers or Thru Axles that you have removed to fit the bike in your car - don't be the next person who's bike fit can't even commence because we are unable to fit the front wheel to the bike or the frame to the Turbo Trainer!

  • Your normal cycling kit: shoes, socks, shorts, jersey, helmet.  Tight clothing is best for video analysis and bring all your cycling shoes.  You won't need your shades. 

  • If you use Look, Speedplay or any 'Non-Shimano' Cleats, and they are worn, it will be cheaper for you to bring your own ones; see Shop > Cleats for details.

  • Any stems and seatposts you would like to trial during your Bike Fit.

  • If you run, bring your trainers; they may provide us with some useful information.

  • A water bottle and some snacks.

  • A towel and clean-up kit.  You may get sweaty during your Bike Fit.

  • A fleece or similar that is easy to pop on between session on the Turbo.
