Cleats

There are five main cleat standards in the UK:

• Shimano MTB SPD (2-Bolt and used on some older / cheaper Road pedals)

• Look KEO Road (3-Bolt, compatible with Garmin Rally)

• Shimano SPD-SL Road (3-Bolt)

• Time Road (3-Bolt)

• Speedplay Road

Cleats are not a glamorous product but they are an essential and hard working one so we recommend changing them if we discover that your existing cleats are well worn.

It is possible to get cleats with 0-degrees of float.  But these only suit a very small percentage of the cycling population and pose a high injury risk to everyone else.  For that reason, we don’t stock or recommend them.
