I'll respond to emails and calls whenever I'm available and if I don't answer the phone or respond to your email straight away, I'll aim to contact you within 24 hours.
If you haven't heard from me within 48 hours something has gone wrong. Occasionally my phone fails to tell me someone has called and sometimes emails can go to spam in either direction.
Pease don't be shy in chasing me up.
Appointment Times: Monday to Friday 16:00 - 20:00
Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 4pm and 8pm, with a start time to best suit you. If these hours don't suit please contact me as I may be able to offer alternatives. Please note that this may incur a £25 surcharge.

Our dedicated bike fit studio offers free onsite parking and is conveniently located in the Warwickshire town of Southam. With great driving access from the Midlands and pleasant cycling roads in all directions, we are closer than you think. See here for more details.

We are located in the Brewsters Corner Business Centre on Pendicke Street at the junction with Pound Way and opposite School Street.
When visiting, please note that your sat-nav will get you close, but possibly not all of the way and a weak internet signal means your phone may not offer more assistance. Thus please familiarise yourself with our location and building appearance before departure.
Our studio and dedicated parking space is directly on the right as you pass through the car park entrance as shown in the images above.
